The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain a safe and fair environment on redbaji:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting.
• Attempting to hack accounts, phishing, or breaching the platform's security.
• Using another user's information or identity.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.
• Placing bets with the deliberate intent to exploit promotional offers (Bonus Abuse).
• Match or game fixing, or participation in such activities.

Redbaji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Upon detection of a terms and conditions violation.
• Failure to submit the required verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Upon detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• Due to prolonged inactivity.

Users may contact customer support at any time to request account closure. Any valid balance will be available for withdrawal before the account is closed.

The redbaji platform is provided on an "as is" basis. redbaji accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses on bets resulting from internet disconnection or technical issues.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Delayed transactions due to third-party payment issues.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or government-imposed restrictions.
